MEDITATION These sessions will enable you to use meditation in order to find benefits in your life and develop awareness or mindfulness of your body and senses. We work with breathing, gentle exercise, guided meditation and studying crystals and their benefits. Meditation awareness can reduce tension and heals the body, quiets the mind, gently opens the heart and steadies the spirit and helps us to learn to live more fully in the reality of the present world we live in.
